HOW CAN I KNOW IF YOUR RJ9 CORD IS COMPATIBLE WITH MY PHONES?

Lexound RJ9 cords are compatible with all IP and analog phones.
A strip is fixed on the cord to indicate which position you should adopt for the selector, depending on your phone or device. Please notice that the 6th to 8th positions amplify the microphone.
Our USB cords are compatible with any equipment that contains a USB port.

MY SPEAKERS HEAR ME WITH A LOW VOICE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First, make sure that the microphone is not more than 10cm away from your mouth.
Concerning USB headsets, check the audio settings of your computer or softphone.
For the RJ9 headsets, test different cursor positions, and prioritize the 6th to the 8th position, since they ensure a sonic amplification of the microphone.

MY SPEAKERS CAN’T HEAR ME AT ALL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Concerning USB headsets, make sure that the mute button of your control box is not activated, then check if necessary the audio settings of your computer or softphone.
For the RJ9 headsets, test different cursor positions, and prioritize the 6th to the 8th position, since they ensure a sonic amplification of the microphone.

I CAN’T PROPERLY HEAR MY SPEAKERS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

For USB headsets, turn up your sound volume using the control box on the cord, then check the audio settings of your computer, softphone…
Concerning RJ9 headsets, test positions of the cursor set on the cord, then check you installation if necessary.

ON WHICH POSITION SHOULD I PUT THE RJ9 CORD SELECTOR TO MAKE IT COMPATIBLE WITH MY PHONE OR TERMINAL?

Around the cord is a strip indicating the cursor’s position to adjust, according to your phone. If you don’t find your phone or terminal, try each of the 8 positions, starting with the 8th one. Please notice that the 6th to 8th positions ensure microphone amplification.

MY HEADSET IS TOO TIGHT ON MY HEAD OR EARS

All you have to do is adjust the headset to make it more comfortable. The headband’s structure enables you to spread or bend it with no risk of breaking it.
